The Telescopic Sight is a rare damage item in Risk of Rain. On hitting an enemy, the player has a 1% chance to instantly kill an enemy and deals pure damage. Its proc is signalled by a reticule appearing around the soon to be dead enemy, and a loud gunshot that sounds similar to the Sniper's Steady Aim ability.
