The Commando has wonderful synergy with this item, as he already has a basic 2x60% damage and a piercing shot. It seems to be that the more damage per shot deals more bleed damage, as when you proc it with commando's Full Metal Jacket it does increased damage (Confirm please).

• The shipping information is a reference to the TV show Person of Interest. Elias is a recurring character who had evidence in a murder case connected with him, including a rusty knife.
