Not to be confused with Concussion Grenade, a similar item in the first game.
The Stun Grenade is a returning common item in Risk of Rain 2. It grants the users attacks a 5% chance per stack to stun enemies for two seconds. As enemies can't attack, pursue or target while stunned, this effect can reduce the amount of attacks directed at the players at once.
