Completing the Newtist Challenge unlocks this item.

This item shaves off 4 seconds from Equipment cooldowns whenever the user kills an enemy. Each subsequent pickup increases this reduction by 2 seconds.

MUL-T only benefits from the effects of this item on the equipment he is currently holding.
