Runald's Band

Runald's Band is an unlockable Uncommon item introduced in Risk of Rain 2. Upon dealing 400% or greater damage to an enemy strike enemies with ice runes, reducing their movement by 80% for 3s and dealing 250% damage. The damage grows by 250% per band. If the player obtains Kjaro's Band as well as Runald's Band they will always activate together.

This item is unlocked by completing the Challenge Death Do Us Part, and it is always dropped by Runald in the Abandoned Aqueduct.
