Personal Shield Generator
Not to be confused with the first games activated item Shield Generator.
Personal Shield Generator is a common item in Risk of Rain 2. It grants the player a 8% max health shield that increases by 8% max hp per stack. The shield recharges faster than the player regenerates health, but won't start charging until damage is avoided for a few seconds. The amount is displayed on the players health bar, with the right side being max health, and the left remaining health and shields.
It is one of the four items that give players a shield, the others being Transcendence, Wake of Vultures(temporary) and Silence Between Two Strikes. They all show the character glowing blue when active, with the antennae of Transcendence being the only visual difference.
