Helfire Tincture is a Lunar Equipment in Risk of Rain 2.

Like all Lunar items, the Tincture has a powerful effect and a drawback. Activating the item starts damaging the player at 5% max hp per seconds rate. All nearby allies take half of this damage, and all nearby enemies take 24 times the damage.

Completing the "Multikill!" Challenge unlocks this item.
