H3AD-5T v2

The H3AD-5T v2 is a Rare item in Risk of Rain 2.

The H3AD-5T v2 increases the players jump height, and allows them to slam down by holding "interact" key (default to "e" key). This slam will damage enemies in a 5 meter - 100 meter(at max speed) and radius for 1.000% - 10.000%(at max speed) damage, with the damage increasing the faster the user hits the ground. It also homes in on enemies underneath the user.

Slamming has a 10 second cooldown, during which jump height is not increased. This cooldown is the only aspect affected by stacking more of the item, each stack reducing it by +50%.

The item also negates all fall damage, whether the slam is ready or not.

Synergies

• Hopoo Feather: When hopoo feather is used without an initial jump, such as by walking off of a ledge and then jumping while falling, the H3AD-5T v2 jump becomes noticeably higher than normal.

Trivia

• H3AD-5T v2 seems to be a spiritual successor of Headstompers, as the name suggests.
