Not to be confused with the first game's version, the Glowing Meteorite.

The Glowing Meteorite is a returning Equipment in Risk of Rain 2, this time around as a Lunar Equipment.

Activating the item causes meteors to start falling on the map, causing explosions that damage monsters and players alike. During the 20 seconds of shower, the world becomes darker.

The meteors give a warning as to where they land in the form of a blue circle, roughly one second before they strike.
