Chronobauble

The Chronobauble is an Uncommon item introduced in Risk of Rain 2. Any hits the player deals to enemies slows the enemies by 60% for 1 second. This duration increases by 1 second for subsequent stack. The slowdown only affects movement speed, not the speed the enemies attack or their projectiles movement speed.
