Cautious Slug

Cautious Slug is a common item in Risk of Rain 2. When the user is out of combat, their passive health regeneration is increased by 300%, with each stack adding 300%.

The slug actually hides whenever the player takes damage and makes a sound both when retracting and coming back out, giving some indication to the player when the effect is active.
